River County Soapworks is a one woman owned and operated small business located in Southwest Washington.
I started my business in the spring of 2001 with a passion for the art of soap making. Soap making has always intrigued me. I loved the way a handmade bar of soap felt in my hand just as much or more than the wonderful smell it emitted. I look at soap making as an artistic medium as well as a functional one providing a full range of sensory experience. I wanted to share this love of soap making with others and that is how my small business was born.
It has been through a natural progression that I have added lotions, creams and other toiletries to my product line. All are handcrafted with the utmost care and diligence. It has been a delight to offer these handmade toiletries with premium ingredients to my customers.
