Damage Claims
Always inspect your package as soon as possible after it is received. If items are damaged, you must report the problem directly to the carrier (UPS or USPS) within 48 hours. Please inform us as well so that replacement arrangements can be made if necessary.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will gladly refund the full purchase price of the product or exchange the item for you. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that together, we can decide if the product needs to come back and will know how to process your return when it arrives. Once we have received your returned item, any credits or replacements will be processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to EXCHANGE your item, we will pay the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
